Dr. Covey graduated from The Kansas State University with his DVM in 2002. Originally from the Winner area, Dr. Covey returned to Animal Clinic Ltd., in 2005. In 2008, Dr. Covey became a partner in the practice.
Dr. Covey is married to the lovely Amy and has two daughters, Hannah and Faith. They also have six dogs, 2 chickens and one lucky duck.
In his spare time Dr. Covey enjoys eating, napping and moving snow. He is a member of SDVMA, NVMA, AVMA, AABP and AVC.

dr. laura RAWLINGS
Born and raised in Western Australia, Dr. Laura joined Animal Clinic Ltd., in 2014. Dr. Laura graduated from Murdoch University in Western Australia in 2009. She worked as a predominately large animal veterinarian in Geraldton, Western Australia for 3 and a half years before moving to the US.
In 2013 Dr. Laura started an internship in Production Animal Medicine at Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Once completed Dr. Laura moved to Winner to become part of the team at Animal Clinic Ltd. In 2017 Dr. Laura became a partner at the practice.
Dr. Laura lives in Winner with her dog two dogs both called Daisy and a cat called Carl. In her spare time Dr. Laura likes renovating her home, swimming and travelling the world.

Dr. Kat Jorgensen
Dr. Jorgensen grow up in the Pacific Northwest. She attended Sweet Briar College in Virginia for her undergraduate degree before moving back to Washington. She received her Masters Degree from Washington State in Animal Science in 2018 before graduating with her DVM in 2022.
She and her fiancé live in Winner with their two dogs Radar and Bear. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dogs, swimming and working with their three horses.
She is a member of SDVMA, NVMA, AVMA, AABP and AVC.

Dr. erin yager
Dr. Erin Yager was born and raised in Indiana. She attended University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky for her Bachelor of Science and returned back to Indiana for veterinary school at Purdue University, graduating in 2022.
Dr. Yager interests are in beef production and equine medicine. In her spare time she enjoys riding horses, hiking, and helping on the ranch.
